Highlight | Interview with Marian Schuegraf, Ambassador of the European Union to Brazil
A significant contribution to this edition is the interview with Marian Schuegraf, the EU Ambassador to Brazil. Conducted in March 2026 for the CEBRI-Journal, the conversation addresses strategic themes on the bi-regional agenda.
In the interview, Schuegraf defends the Mercosur-EU Agreement as a pillar of multilateralism and reaffirms that democracy, human rights, and climate goals are genuine conditions for European partnerships.
