European Union–Mercosur Partnership Event

The signing of the Free Trade Agreement between the European Union and Mercosur, in January 2026, opens new and promising prospects for a significantly strengthened partnership.

Building on the success of the inaugural 2025 Forum, led by President Antonio Costa on the European Union side, and on the milestones of bilateral cooperation, this edition will bring together more than 200 selected officials, as well as political and business leaders from Brazil and the European Union, to discuss the main pathways for deepening this cooperation.
