Global Trade Opportunities and Innovation Mark the 21st FENAF in São Paulo
The latest edition of the Latin American Foundry Fair (FENAF) took place at São Paulo Expo from July 21 to 24 this year. The event attracted approximately 12,000 visitors who came to explore the latest innovations from 122 exhibiting brands. Promoted by the Brazilian Foundry Association (ABIFA), the gathering stood out for fostering new business connections and driving technological updates across the country’s industrial park.
Of the companies showcasing their products, 43 were international, accounting for 35% of the total exhibition area. This diversification of participants resulted in a strong alignment between the domestic market and major global economies, such as Italy and Germany, enabling Brazil to build solid trade partnerships with Europe and other continents.
Held concurrently with the business exhibition, the ABIFA Foundry Congress focused on factory floor modernization and manufacturing efficiency. Professionals and leaders from various countries shared vital knowledge for improving the supply chain, analyzing the impacts of current geopolitics and the application of sustainable innovations in the daily operations of basic industries.
